dr Akshay Gupta
Dr Gupta completed medical school at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi, India. He did his internal medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA. He went on to complete a Gastroenterology and Hepatology Fellowship at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. He received additional training in interventional endoscopy, ERCP, and endoscopic ultrasound at the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL. He was in private practice for a year in Wichita, KS, before moving to Boise in 2013. Dr Gupta is excited to offer our patients more therapy options and solutions through medical research. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, running, and traveling.

Lori Pirnietreasure valley medical research
Lori Pirnie completed her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Idaho State University. She is originally from Nampa, Idaho and graduated with her Bachelor of Science Degree in biology and history from the College of Idaho. Prior to starting with The Allergy Group and Treasure Valley Medical Research, she worked in urgent care in Fruitland, Idaho. She enjoyed the challenge of a semi-rural environment and working with a patients of various backgrounds and experiences. When not in clinic, Lori enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, and taking walks on the greenbelt with her dog. Lori is excited to join Treasure Valley Medical Research and looks forward to helping patients overcome allergy limitations so they can live life to the fullest!

As Site Director and Certified Clinical Research Coordinator, Meagan enjoys contributing to the improvement of healthcare and medicine. Meagan has over 9 years’ experience as a Certified Medical Assistant. 4 years of which were spent managing and expanding two clinical research sites in the Treasure Valley. Meagan has a passion for learning, teaching & building relationships. Working with various indications has allowed her to continually grow as a professional in the medical field. On a personal note, Meagan enjoys movies with family, music and traveling.

Blaire Anderson treasure valley medical research
Blaire grew up in Portland, OR, but has called the Treasure Valley home for the past five years. She holds a bachelor's degree in biology with an emphasis in microbiology from Boise State University. During her undergraduate career, she participated in research with the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Boise State University and with the Virology Department at the Idaho Bureau of Laboratories.
