To pre-qualify, study participants must:

• Be 18+ years old.
• Have a history of Chronic Rhinosinusitis with or without nasal polyps.
• Have had at least 12 week history of facial pain/pressure/fullness.
• Have one of the following: nasal discharge, nasal obstruction (congestion) and/or decreased sense of smell.

Qualified study participants will receive:

• Study-related care and assessments at no cost. No Insurance required.
• Compensation up to $1000 for study completion.
• The opportunity to help advance research around Chronic Rhinosinusitis.
